Grizzly Lake CSD

WWTP Compliance Assistance & Regulatory Recovery

The Delleker Wastewater Treatment Plant, operated by the Grizzly Lake Community Services District, treats domestic wastewater for the Delleker community before seasonal discharge to the Middle Fork Feather River. Operating under a highly stringent NPDES permit, the facility previously accrued multiple water quality violations and fell seven months behind on mandatory State Water Board reporting. CTR Water was contracted to execute a rapid regulatory turnaround, successfully clearing the extensive reporting backlog, resolving the compliance violations, and implementing ongoing operational oversight to ensure the facility maintains strict adherence to its Central Valley RWQCB General Order.
