CTR Water currently provides contract wastewater operation services for the California Conservation Corps Los Piños Center in Lake Elsinore, California. The Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) consists of three stabilization ponds with a separate emergency retention pond, one inflow super shredder grinder, pond aerators, and two effluent discharge pumps.

Since taking over operations of the WWTP, CTR Water has installed new aerators, rehabbed deteriorating drainage structures, and prepared technical plans for process control, spill prevention and emergency response, sampling analysis, and sludge management.
